<p>This is a blog so I&#8217;m limited in keystrokes. Here&#8217;s what I&#8217;m saying, what I&#8217;ve always said; anything offensive to anyone is a) your problem and, b) more importantly, the systematic, intentional devaluation of society in general. I&#8217;ll leave it to your imagination what started that trend.</p>
<p><span class="full-image-float-right ssNonEditable"><span><img style="width: 250px;" src="http://www.thats-right.com/storage/hot girl-middle finger.jpg?__SQUARESPACE_CACHEVERSION=1268887751521" alt="" /></span></span>&#8216;Offensive&#8217;, by definition, is subjective; that in and of itself should be enough for any thinking person to reject efforts to define it objectively. Trash, lyric&#8230;I don&#8217;t give a fuck. How&#8217;s that. More than that, I don&#8217;t care.</p>
<p>That said, permit me to <em>tell</em> you that one of the great things about this Country <em>used</em> to be that you could leave any situation you <em>deemed</em> offensive and walk, talk or meander out of the way.</p>
<p>Or, you could punch that bastard in the face. Either way, both offer us the only way to cultural evolution: Choice. Some moron standing on the sidelines saying &#8216;<em>hey, no, I have a better way&#8217;&#8230;</em>has gotten us to where we are today.</p>
<p>When the Communists at the ACLU get involved it&#8217;s inevitably and by design an affront to cultural evolution. A piece of shit built on a piece of shit is only a bigger piece of shit.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s offensive? I haven&#8217;t the foggiest idea. What <em>shouldn&#8217;t</em> be offensive? Pretty much everything that is today: Race, national origin, sex, disability, color, off-color, being a mom, not being a mom, being called a mom, bla-dee-bla-bla-motha-fuckin-bla&#8230;</p>
<p>Everything. Seriously. Everything under the sun. Somebody, somewhere is gonna get pissed at something. You watch. It&#8217;ll happen.</p>
<p><em>This</em> is how we evolve? Are you <em>kidding me?</em></p>
<p>Look, all I&#8217;m saying is that a predictable by-product of Oppresivism (read: &#8220;progressivism&#8221;) is human conformity. There&#8217;s nothing organic about it.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t know where we could be today because government got in the way. Way out of its bounds and way out of line.</p>
<p>What I do know is that we&#8217;d be whole hell of a lot better off if they&#8217;d get the fuck out.</p>

This obligation was formed and passed on to you at places such as Lexington and Concord. Liberty must be earned and it is time for you to pay your portion of the bill. It is your responsibility to defend liberty and ensure that it is passed on to your progeny.<br /><br />Gentle reader there will be no place to hide. What will you do when the state comes calling? And they will come calling. Where are your papers? Why haven&rsquo;t you taken your children for their scheduled shots? Why are you out at this late hour? What will you do when they have you on the ground in shackles and your family is being subjugated to all forms of statist intervention? In time the thin veneer of civility will transmogrify and the evil, little, vile cheka will reveal themselves true to type. They are willfully ignorant though make no mistake; they are wholly dangerous and wield the power of the state and all that entails. <p>Of course I would always prefer a greater chance to supply some context and detail to my quotes, but I will tell you that&#8217;s pretty much exactly what I said. Kudos to Penny Starr at CNS.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s true too; a gigantic, <a href="http://www.thats-right.com/rapid-fire-rightness/2009/11/26/hiding-the-real-costs-of-reidcare.html">$2.5 trillion new entitlement</a> program on top of the <a href="http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5jWbISwIapd30hnID5R3gGD7VFZ3QD9EEMU601">ones that are already <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">going</span> broke</a> is unsustainable.</p>
<p>Anyone who tells you that it&#8217;s Constitutional to force someone to buy a product they don&#8217;t want on the <a href="http://www.thats-right.com/rapid-fire-rightness/2009/11/6/failure-to-pay-mandate-fine-250000-fine-and-5-years-in-the-s.html">threat of a huge fine and/or jail time</a> is a buffoon. Anyone who tells you that &#8220;health care&#8221; is a legitimate area of concern for the federal government is a buffoon and anyone who tells you that <a href="http://hotair.com/archives/2010/03/16/slaughter-strategy-ripped-by-blanche-lincoln/">&#8220;deeming&#8221; a bill passed in contravention</a> to the centuries-old <em>Constitutional</em> method is, well, <a href="http://www.thats-right.com/rapid-fire-rightness/2009/10/6/racist-lying-jackass-just-doesnt-get-it.html">a buffoon</a>. Thank God <a href="http://www.landmarklegal.org/DesktopDefault.aspx">Mark Levin is on top of things.</a><em></em></p>

The New York Giants has just lost their second straight game to the lowly Detroit Lions at the Meadowlands, the fans and media were as angry as Tony Soprano when he found out Janice took out a loan on Livia&#8217;s house.</p>
<p>Obama has tried to give a version of this speech, but his problem is that he does not connect with people emotionally. He just doesn&#8217;t. It&#8217;s just part of his personality. Sometimes I wonder if he is a robot as he appears to often lack any emotion at all. Look left, look right, read teleprompter, speak in clipped measure, thank everybody, leave, repeat.</p>
<p>The most amazing aspect of this entire episode is this&#8230;they tell me Obama is the greatest communicator ever, that nobody can give a speech like him, but he can&#8217;t sell this. Obama&#8230;can&#8217;t&#8230;sell this. He can give a prepared speech sure, but anything other than that incurs a lot of &#8216;<em>umms</em>&#8217;. Since he can&#8217;t sell it, he now has two weeks to save everything. Two weeks. That&#8217;s it. If Jesus rises and this bill hasn&#8217;t passed&#8230;its dead.</p>

I would wager any amount on this. If it fails, there is a very good chance the vote is 215-216, though anywhere between 210-215 is possible. The fact that the WH is now going after people like Kucinich shows that they really don&#8217;t have the votes as they have given up trying to convince people like Stupak. The Kucinich moves smells of desperation. The possibility exists that Pelosi will believe she has 216 votes, and then on the floor someone has a moment of consciousness and changes their vote to no. It&#8217;s possible.</p>
<p>That said, if I had a gun to my head right now, I would say it passes 216-215.</p>
