One Free Man's Declaration

And as it were it comes from one of our favorite folk, those rascals from the Pacific Northwest.

Virgil at the Washington Rebel, here, reprinted in its entirety, without permission until told to take it down, because it’s that good.

My personal favorite line:

“I will feel no moral obligation to remain beholden to our system of law and will utilize any and all means available to me to subvert the usurpers who have declared war upon us having overthrown our rightful, republican form of government.”

Remeber kids, it’s their Country now:

The carnival masquerading as our political system is an embarrassment. Our republic is being torn asunder by unruly, spoiled, and indolent children bent on subjugating the citizenry to their lunatic whim.

It is insulting to bear witness to the political farce unfolding before us in regards to health care, the plundering of our republics wealth and sundry other progressive pabulum being birthed in the name of the so called greater good. The arrogance of our public servants continues to grow while you, the citizen, are further marginalized for your own good.

We have finally arrived at the time and place where the age old question has come before us; who has primacy?  The individual or the state? You are being compelled to partake in your own destruction at the point of government gun. You are compelled to comply with unconstitutional mandates brought forth by a progressive enemy whose sole desire is to render the individual meaningless in order to destroy the republic and all that it stands for.

Your choices are limited. The table has been set before you and you can either partake of this madness or you can resist. Those are the only two choices. There is no middle ground. There is no appeasing the slothful creature slouching toward you and all that you hold dear. It is time to fight or you can resign yourself to live as a slave to the state and the self appointed who believe they and they alone know what is in your and your family’s best interest.

The question is not about healthcare, national ID cards, fascist economic policies it is about control. Control of you the individual and the outright destruction of individual liberty.

As you make your choice I will remind you of the following; you have an obligation to defend liberty at all costs. This obligation was formed and passed on to you at places such as Lexington and Concord. Liberty must be earned and it is time for you to pay your portion of the bill. It is your responsibility to defend liberty and ensure that it is passed on to your progeny.

Gentle reader there will be no place to hide. What will you do when the state comes calling? And they will come calling. Where are your papers? Why haven’t you taken your children for their scheduled shots? Why are you out at this late hour? What will you do when they have you on the ground in shackles and your family is being subjugated to all forms of statist intervention? In time the thin veneer of civility will transmogrify and the evil, little, vile cheka will reveal themselves true to type. They are willfully ignorant though make no mistake; they are wholly dangerous and wield the power of the state and all that entails. Hitler and Stalin would weep with envy to be in possession of such an apparatus.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

If the health care bill passes it will be a sure sign that our constitution is meaningless in the eyes of our would be rulers. As such the contract between We the People and our servant government will be null and void.  I will feel no moral obligation to remain beholden to our system of law and will utilize any and all means available to me to subvert the usurpers who have declared war upon us having overthrown our rightful, republican form of government.

I have taken an oath to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. I fully intend to uphold that oath and will do so with every means at my disposal. I pledge my life, liberty and sacred honor in defense of the republic and my liberty no matter the cost.

I cannot and will not advocate what course may suit you. A wise man once said that “these are the times that try men’s souls”.  You must search deep within yourself and determine for yourself what course of action lies before you in light of the transgressions being made against you and all you hold dear.

Let it be known across the land that on this day one man has declared I AM A FREE MAN AND WOE BE UNTO THOSE THAT WOULD SEEK MY END! I SHALL REMAIN FREE OR DIE TRYING.

Leviathan I will be waiting for you. It is your move. And to those that serve the vile beast; you have taken an oath to defend the constitution as have I. I expect you to uphold that oath. Should you choose otherwise you will have made your decision. I expect no quarter and none shall be given.
