A Justice McNamara Dispatch: 200?
I often claim to be stating the obvious, at least it’s obvious to me, others perhaps not so much.
Due to 24 hour media we often can not see the forest for the trees. Another such example is upon us. If Democrats had the votes to pass this health care bill they would be voting today. They don’t have the votes. As soon as they think they have the votes, they will vote. However one must wonder exactly how many yes votes are currently possessed by the Speaker of all Speakers, Ms. Nancy Pelosi.
Enter the media. The most likely scenario is that there are far fewer yes votes than we are being told. The media and politicians don’t want it to appear that there is little chance of passing, they want to give the appearance that its close when it really isn’t. It is not unreasonable to suggest that there are 200 yes votes.

I think that they have been doing misdirection all along. Either to get us to look elsewhere and relax, or to be discouraged and give up.
