BREAKING: New York Dismisses Dan Rather

And his stupid complaint against CBS.

I don't really care about the details here and neither should anyone else.

Dan Rather knowingly reported demonstrably false information in an effort to slander George Bush to millions of people and was told by his employer that he couldn't do that. 

Instead of apologizing, the shameless Rather filed a lawsuit against his employer for breach of contract.

Today that lawsuit is no more and we can get back to the news of the day, thankfully without Rather around to make things up.

Good job New York.
