BREAKING: Dude...sweet.
Judicial Watch files FOIA lawsuit against HUD to obtain ACORN documents.
Wow. Check them out. If Giles and O'Keefe can afford it, (and judging by the deafening sounds of Conservatives collectively throwing open their checkbooks and scribbling furiously they will), I'd drag their ACORN lawsuit out as long as possible. First remove it to Federal Court where you just throw out the discovery net and drag in whatever gets caught.
Then, together with ACORN defending this FOIA lawsuit, we might bankrupt them the ol' fashioned way: We'll litigate them out. That's the liberal way.
By the way, I fully understand and respect this first phase of ensuring an accurate and fair vote in both 2010 and 2012. Without ACORN, let's just say conservatively that there are many dead people, animals and cartoon characters that won't be available to vote democratic.
This is the Adam Smith 'invisible hand' of true grassroots political activism folks. Nobody put out a memo, that I'm aware of, saying that the first thing we had to do was jettison the democrats most potent vote inflating apparatus, it just seemed to happen.
What's next? I have no idea. But it seems that the more people start to open their eyes, pick up their heads and reclaim the mantle of truth and morality that is and always has been exclusively ours, the more effectively that 'invisible hand' will guide us toward redemption.
Just when I think we've slowed down, something unexpected rolls out to pick me back up.
Onward!
Russ
