Who the Hell is 'Joe Biden'?

Sometimes I find myself wondering the same thing.

A more appropriate line of work for Greasy Joe.Although when I do it it's more like "Where in the world is Joe Biden", which is metaphorical in the sense that "out of his friggin' mind" would be a perfectly acceptable answer to the question 75% of the time.

Crowder asks the question to a bunch of nimrods in Hollywood and only 34% of those 'surveyed' got it right. The inset question on the video below is "should misinformed people still vote?" The answer is clearly no. We've gone from a system of voting wherein only those who owned property and thus had a direct stake in the protection thereof could vote, to a system where dumb chicks can say they "don't like America", want to move to London, not know who the Vice-President or the Prime Minister of Great Britain is and still get a vote.

This isn't changing anytime soon, unfortunately. The "right" to vote has taken on First Amendment status, regardless of whether it deserves it or not.

I for one am all for a literacy test, or at least a basic political literacy test as a precondition for being allowed to vote.
