Jihad at Fort Hood
I was going to post this as a follow-up, but Robert Spencer deserves his own space.
Yet there was, and what’s more, Major Hasan’s motive was perfectly clear — but it was one that the forces of political correctness and the Islamic advocacy groups in the United States have been working for years to obscure. So it is that now that another major jihad terror attack has taken place on American soil, authorities and the mainstream media are at a loss to explain why it happened – and the abundant evidence that it was a jihad attack is ignored.
Nobody knows Jihad in America like Robert Spencer. Period.
Maybe he just snapped, perhaps under the pressure of his imminent deployment to Iraq. But it’s noteworthy that if he did, he snapped in exactly the same way that several other Muslims in the U.S. military have snapped in the past. In April 2005, a Muslim serving in the U.S. Army, Hasan Akbar, was convicted of murder for killing two American soldiers and wounding fourteen in a grenade attack in Kuwait. AP reported: “Prosecutors say Akbar told investigators he launched the attack because he was concerned U.S. troops would kill fellow Muslims in Iraq. They said he coolly carried out the attack to achieve ‘maximum carnage’ on his comrades in the 101st Airborne Division.”
How many of these attacks have to happen before somebody seriously starts talking about removing all Muslims from the U.S. Armed Forces? I'm serious. How many more soldiers have to die at the hands of their fellow servicemen before we make the connection?
And for those of you who say that's "discrimination" or something...shut up. You have no idea what you're talking about. It is almost a mathematical fact that this will happen again and continue to happen without fail into the future. I ask you, what's the threshold? How many people have to die? Or do you ghouls even have a threshold for human life?
I happen to believe that many of your rank-and-file soundbite liberals do not have a threshold for loss of human life when those losses occur in the United States military. Or, they're willing to trade a soldier for a muslim and argue that because a whole lot of them have died in Iraq or Afghanistan, then it's only fair that a whole lot of us die was well. Ya know, cosmic balance and all that jazz.
Ghouls, every one of them.
For those of you who didn't after 9/11, for those of you who didn't after our invasions in the Middle East and for those of who haven't yet, you need to understand the philosophy of those we're fighting. Their "religion" and their ideology isn't worth a single American life. We are fighting them there because if we don't, they will fight us here. Yesterday's atrocity is just more evidence that even if we do fight them there, they'll still fight us here.
The onus is on them to prove that they're not willing to kill us anymore; It is not on us to prove that they are. Literally, and this is not an exaggeration, Muslims have been at war with everyone in the world for a millennium + two centuries. They've been at war with everyone for 1200 years and they show no sign of slowing down. Yesterday's victims are just another dozen in the countless millions of people that have been murdered in the name of Allah.
They won't be the last.
