Well, he's number 1 in something.

Obama has now surpassed 41 and Gerald Ford with 16 countries visited in his first year.

And he apologized to every one.

This paragraph from the article struck me as a tad odd:

Oh....really? He did huh. Of course the metric McClatchy uses for 'improvement' is "likely"; not exactly the most ironclad logic there.

Obama hasn't improved relations with anyone, save for the most dangerous among the world's rogue actors and even there he hasn't so much as "improved" relations as made the U.S. look like a paper tiger and a doormat.
