Doctorturfing

Not content with trotting out willing union members to shill for ObamaCare, the White House decided to stage a photo-op with 150 dumb doctors to dupe the public into believing that the medical profession as a whole wants to be indentured servants.

"Nobody has more credibility with the American people on this issue than you do," Obama told his guests.

Yeh, and nobody has less credibility with the American people on this issue than does Obama. So is that a wash? And quite frankly, just a step above the non-credible White House on this issue lay the doctors who will sell their souls and their patient's health up the river for a rose garden photo-op with Obama. So no, it's not a wash, it's another hole in the Titanic. "This ship will sink. 'Tis a mathematical certainty."

The despicable disingenuousness of this charade notwithstanding, who does the White House honestly think they're fooling? Are there millions of 'undecideds' out there unsure enough of this issue that 150 lab coats are going to sway national opinion toward supporting ObamaCare? God I hope not.

The President, it is becoming rapidly apparent, is nothing more than a salesman for liberalism, and a second-rate one at that. There is no leadership here.

Couple this summer's conservative awakening with Obama's ego having torpedoed Chicago's chances at hosting the Olympic Games and you have to wonder if Obama is just pissed off now. All pretense of sense has left the building.

Welcome to the Sham-WOW school of governing ladies and gentlemen. Billy Mays has risen and his name is Barack Obama.

O come, let's sing to our President,

To our dear Obama,

Hail, oh hail, we'll sing his praises,

Break of day to setting sun.

Thought the day be dark and dreary

Our love for him shall never die.

Obama, we'll always love you

As the years go drifting by

Obama!

That's catchy but unfortunately my State beat you to it. http://www.thats-right.com/right-vs-wrong/2009/9/29/singing-heil-obama-in-new-jersey.html

Incidentally, is that an actual song you reworded or did you write it yourself?

Thanks for the comment.
