Ordinarily I would agree with that sentiment wholeheartedly. Readers here know that I love the game completely and can attest to its dual role as both cathartic and migraine-inducing.

But Politico is reporting that Obama has played as many rounds of golf in nine months as Bush did in almost three years.

Instead of a fiddle, our Nero hacks away while America burns.

Is this part of the serious business of governing a nation in a precarious state?

On a somewhat related note, the always reasonable and absurdly named National Organization for Women chimed in by finding it "troubling" that Obama has played only one of those rounds with a woman.

And NOW wonders why their credibility with pretty much everyone is as lost as Obama's balls.
